The Division of Allergy & Immunology proudly welcomes Khaled Abdel-Hamid, MD, PhD as Assistant Professor of Medicine. Dr. Hamid will be joining the division’s faculty on August 1, 2022.
Dr. Hamid earned his medical degree at Cairo University in Cairo, Egypt before pursuing a PhD in physiology at University of British Columbia in Vancouver, Canada. He is a 2002 alumnus of Washington University in St Louis’ Allergy & Immunology fellowship program.
Since 2002, Dr. Hamid has been a private practitioner allergist and immunologist in the St Louis area. He will have a presence at all three of the division’s clinic locations.
